Unlimited Preventative Maintenance Visits
At your request, we will schedule and dispatch a highly trained technician to your home at no charge to you. All our affinities are available to you, which include Heating and Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical, Indoor Air Quality, and Home Performance. Many of our clients choose to have us out to provide proactive maintenance for the following areas:
- Furnace Rejuvenation
- Air Conditioner Rejuvenation
- Plumbing Maintenance
- Electrical Maintenance
- Insulation Evaluation
- Indoor Air Quality Evaluation
Complimentary Diagnostics
In the event you experience a breakdown with your Heating, Cooling, Plumbing or Electrical system; we will schedule and dispatch a highly trained technician to your home to diagnose the issue at no charge. Our technician will provide you with an easy-to-understand estimate on how we can repair the issue and will give an exact to-the-penny price for the repair before completing any work. If you do not move forward with the repair, you pay nothing.
Priority Response Time*
If your home comfort system(s) is unable to operate and you are experiencing an emergency related to a mechanical issue that our team can likely repair, we will move you to the front of the line and have a technician in your home within 8 hours of your call during our normal business hours.
3 Year Warranty on Repairs
Should you choose to move forward with a repair from us, you will receive a 3-year parts warranty on the repair.
20% Discount on Repairs
Should you choose to move forward with any repair from our team, you will receive a 20% Discount.
10% Discount on New Products
Should you choose to move forward with a new product from us, you will receive a 10% discount. This includes all Heating and Cooling systems, Water Heaters, Water Treatment systems, Plumbing Remodels, Plumbing Repipes, Electrical Panels and Indoor Air Quality products.
Additional Details
- *”Emergency” for the purpose of this membership is defined as having one of the following concerns: no heat, no cool, no hot water, no power, major water leak.
- Normal business hours are defined as Monday to Friday from 8AM-5PM. Our team is available outside of normal business hours, but response times may lengthen due to demand during these times. No after-hours fees will be charged to Unlimited Club Members.
- The $22.00 price shown is the “per month” price. After checkout a member from our team will be in touch to setup recurring billing.
- Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period for a period of the same length at the current prevailing rates. Membership can be canceled at any time. No refunds will be given.
